Every now and again something occurs that truely touches you, such was the case with this gentleman.

He stood patiently watching and waiting, then when a quiet moment came he approached Macbeth.

As he spent 10 minutes gently strokinghim and whispering in his ear his daughter told me about him.

He was 94 years old, he saw Macbety who reminded him strikingly of a dog he had as a boy. He'd asked his daughter to wait as he would like to meet him, maybe his one last time.

This moved me extreamly and brought to my heart that the gift og love our beloved dogs give us never truely leaves.
